GosooPlus believes that everyone should be able to live safely and comfortably in a stable environment without having to own a home. This belief led us to rethink the housing format called gosiwon aka monthly residence in Korea that has been the realistic choice for many people for a long time yet has existed without clear standards and outdated conditions. By redefining what it can be, MONTHLIV transforms it from a temporary living solution into a meaningful home capable of addressing housing needs for anyone, anywhere in the city.
