MONTHLIV Deploys IoT Smart Access System 2.0 Across All Properties

MONTHLIV has completed the full rollout of its IoT-based smart access system 2.0 across all locations. Key upgrades include mobile app integration, remote access code issuance, and real-time monitoring of entry logs.

While version 1.0 supported only password-based access, version 2.0 introduces QR code entry via mobile app, remote issuance of temporary access codes, and real-time access history tracking. Managers can now monitor entry activity across all locations through a centralized web dashboard.

Security has also been significantly enhanced. In case of abnormal access attempts, instant alerts are sent to administrators, and CCTV integration enables immediate video verification within a single workflow.
